Sundt Construction recently promoted Scott Miller to director of operations and support services. In his new role, he oversees the firm’s equipment services department and warehouse. Miller joined Sundt in 2006 as a project engineer and has worked in various roles, including estimator and senior project manager. He has overseen almost $900 million worth of work during his time at Sundt.

Graham Benes has joined PREMIER Design + Build LLC as executive vice president - Southwest, responsible for overseeing firm work in states that include California, Arizona and Nevada. He was a principal at Ascendant Development Corp., a development and construction consultant for institutional capital investors representing public pension funds and life insurance companies. Benes is based in Irvine, Calif.

McCarthy Building Cos. has hired Jason Fink as director of design integration in Las Vegas. He brings two decades of experience in structural engineering to support McCarthy projects and will work in tandem with its design phase services team. Fink’s projects include the structural design for Palms Place in Las Vegas.

Kyle Cole joined engineering firm Garver as Arizona water business team leader based in Phoenix. He was a field construction engineer and later transitioned into design engineer and design manager roles for water and wastewater systems across the state. Cole is a former project manager at GHD, says his LinkedIn profile.
