Ashley Nye has joined Clayco as associate project executive, based in the firm’s Phoenix office. Nye brings to the role an understanding in managing complex development processes, sourcing new investment opportunities and completing and overseeing design and construction.

Clayco has also hired Ram Ganapathy to the role of vice president of virtual design and construction in its Phoenix office. Ganapathy brings more than two decades of experience, an abundance of knowledge and a strong academic foundation, including numerous research publications and speaking engagements, to the role. He will spearhead strategic growth and technological advancement at the firm.

McCarthy Building Cos. has promoted Ryan Ferguson to vice president of operations for McCarthy’s mission critical team based in Phoenix. He brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the role, having joined McCarthy four years ago as director of the company’s mission critical project team.

Daniel Adams has joined Parametrix as senior engineer, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in civil engineering design and management to the role, based in the firm’s Albuquerque office. Adams formerly worked with EPS Group Inc. as senior project engineer and was lead engineer for residential and commercial developments across the Phoenix area.
