Consolidated Pipe & Supply Co. is planning to build a new corporate headquarters in Birmingham. MASSACHUSETTS

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is planning to carry out Providence-to-Boston traction power upgrades. The project entails additional substation capacity, additional substations and additional paralleling stations between Providence and Boston to accommodate increased future train volumes. MISSOURI

A public-private partnership between the Boeing Co., Greater St. Louis Inc. and the Saint Louis Economic Development Partnership plans to carry out Phase 2 of the Boeing Project Voyager Assembly facility in Berkeley. Phase 2 consists of a 660,000-sq-ft assembly building, a 200,000-sq-ft paint hangar, a 150,000-sq-ft hangar addition and 60,000 sq ft for additional open-air aircraft shelters, a hush house and fuel calibration building. It is being designed by Jacobs Cos., and Paric Corp. has been chosen as the general contractor. Construction is expected to start in July 2026 and be completed by July 2028. The Boeing Co., P.O. MONTANA

The City of Havre is planning to carry out the Milk River St. Mary Diversion New Dam Project. The project entails construction of the new diversion dam which will add fish-friendly features that comply with the Endangered Species Act. It includes a low-head diversion dam and rock ramp for upstream passage, a new headworks structure, a canal fish screen and check structure downstream of the fish screen, and a fish bypass to return fish to the river. Dreamtime Design and Development is planning to develop Tarleton Ranch Eco-Village in Taos. Brasfield & Gorrie has begun construction on a Synovus Park improvement project in Columbus. The project will bring the baseball park up to the standards required by Major League Baseball. Maryland

7/16 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking bidders to carry out Poplar Island Cell 6 and Cell 11 dike raisings. Poplar Island is an ecosystem restoration project located in the upper-middle Chesapeake Bay in Talbot County. The overall scope of this project is to use roughly 300,000 cu yd of stockpiled sand to raise two existing containment cell dikes on the island. The 14,000-ft-long Cell 6 dike will be raised from an elevation of +25 ft to +30 ft. The work will be completed by manually hauling sand from an on-site sand stockpile located in adjacent Cell 4. The secondary purpose of this contract is to use remaining sand in the Cell 4 stockpile to raise a 15,000-ft-long portion of the Cell 11 sand bench by approximately 3-5 ft. ILLINOIS

7/25 PACE, a bus agency, is requesting proposals from design-build teams for the North Phase 2 expansion and electrification project of its garage in Waukegan. The agency has secured federal funding to acquire 22 electric buses this year. Ten of those buses will be based at the Waukegan garage, which is planned to be converted to full electric operations by 2026. The work consists of expanding the bus storage area by 13,400 sq ft, which will replace the north wall and will add approximately 7,650 sq ft of exterior wall. Additional work includes removing and replacing the roofing, structural reinforcement of the roof structure, new roof-mounted exhaust fans, overhead crane and fall protection, upgrading the facility electrical system—as the recommended charging strategy uses medium voltage power (12 kV-50 kV)—and procuring and installing chargers and overhead charging pantographs for 60 BEBs.
