Standing vacant since 2019, this 16-story former AT&T office building in Cleveland was converted over 20 months into a residential community featuring 367 apartment units, social gathering spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center and rooftop amenity deck.

The project scope included a complete facade restoration, renovation of the main lobby and entrance as well as white box spaces for retail, restaurant and coffee shop on the ground level.

The basement level consists of indoor/underground parking and large storage rooms for above-ground tenants.

The team completed several impressive feats including removing the existing 15th floor roof deck and creating a concrete and steel reinforced cradle for a new patio roof deck which is the site of a new swimming pool and Jacuzzi that were flown into place.
