Jeff Kendall is elevated to interim president of AtkinsRealis US Nuclear in Knoxville, Tenn., replacing Joseph McBrearty, who left to be uranium processing facility transition director at federal contractor Consolidated Nuclear Security, Oak Ridge, Tenn., says a LinkedIn post. AtkinsRealis says a search for a permanent unit president is underway.
Marty Schmitt, president of Corpus Christi, Texas, contractor AG|CM, now has the added role of CEO. He succeeds Derwood Anderson, also company founder, who is now chairman. Schmitt is based in Houston.
Eddie Slay has joined contractor RC Andersen as vice president, based in metro Atlanta, where he oversees all Southeast operations.
Engineering firm Neel-Schaffer, Jackson, Miss., has announced a number of recent regional promotions, including new senior vice presidents Matt Lifsey and Philip Sandel in Columbia, S.C., Kevin Stafford in Columbus, Miss., Lance Taylor in Birmingham, Ala., and Richard Sullivan in Nashville.

Tina Khatri is elevated to CEO from vice president of TDK Construction, a family-owned Houston contractor. She co-founded the South Asian Women’s Entrepreneur Alliance.
Caddell Construction has promoted three senior executives to president of key business units: Ricky Byrd for commercial in Bentonville, Ark., Isaac Sneeringer for international and Stephen Strickland for governmental, both in Montgomery, Ala.
BRPH, Melbourne, Fla., elevated Marti Watts to executive vice president of architecture and engineering from senior vice president. She also is a firm division leader.

Fluor Corp., Irving, Texas, will elevate John Regan, executive vice president and chief accounting officer, to chief financial officer, effective on March 1. Before joining Fluor in 2020, he was CFO of energy firms Alta Mesa Resources and Vine Oil & Gas LP. Regan succeeds Joe Brennan, who will retire from Fluor in July after a 34-year career.
Primoris Services Corp. has named Glen Hartwig president of utilities, based in Houston. He was director of MMR Group, with prior executive roles at MasTec, WesTower Communications and AECOM.
Tyler Mathews is promoted from president to CEO of England-Thims & Miller, a Jacksonville, Fla., infrastructure consultant.
WSP has named senior vice presidents Angela Schwarz in Atlanta and Inez E. Benson in Austin to transit and rail market leader and deputy leader, respectively. Schwarz also continues as WSP national bus practice leader.
Carrie Stokes is elevated to CEO of Nashville-based Barge Design Solutions, effective on March 1. Now executive vice president and chief of staff, she will succeed Bob Higgins, who remains board chairman. Barge ranks at No. 167 on ENR’s Top 500 Design Firms list.
Syska Hennessy Group has promoted Angelo Vecchio to associate principal, based in Charlotte.
Precis Engineering + Architecture has hired Sunil Mehta as automation director and elevated David Bock to project management director, both in Cary, N.C.
Jeremy Adams, former U.S. Navy executive officer in the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, has joined engineering-architecture consultant RS&H as associate vice president in its federal market in Jacksonville, Fla.
Moss & Associates, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., named Steve Hope chief financial officer. He was executive vice president of finance.
