The client, a Hungarian firm structured with an Irish holding company and U.S. investors, desired a U.S.-style production facility fully compliant with European Union standards.

Integrated U.S. and Hungarian teams redesigned boiler burners and the dehydration system, adapting U.S. technology to meet EU standards. More than 600 workers logged more than 900,000 hours over 21 months without a single recordable incident.
