MOODY
Raymond L. Moody has assumed the added post of CEO of Batson-Cook Co., a West Point, Ga., contractor and construction manager. In that role, Moody replaces the retiring Edmund C. Glover, but remains president and chief operating officer. Moody joined Batson-Cook in 1963 as a project engineer. The firm is ranked 150th on ENR’s list of the Top 400 Contractors, with $465 million in 2007 revenue.
Dave Zimmerman has joined The Greenway Group, a Norcross, Ga., construction industry management and economic consultant, as consulting principal. He was director of finance for mergers and acquisitions and chief financial officer at architect Perkins+Will Inc. and is a former partner of NBBJ Design.
Cannon Design, Boston, has named Anand K. Seth a principal and engineering principal in charge for the firm’s work on the King Faisal Cancer, Research and VIP Complex, a 230-acre medical-research campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He had served as Northeast region president for Sebesta Blomberg & Associates, Woburn, Mass., and national director of its health-care market.

Associated Builders and Contractors has named Geoffrey Burr vice president of its government affairs division. He was deputy assistant secretary in the U.S. Dept. of Labor’s Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs. Burr rejoins ABC, where he had served as director of legislative affairs.
TBG Partners, an Austin-based landscape architect and planner, has promoted Sarah Cash to principal. A ten-year firm veteran, she manages daily financial operations, which now includes Vernon G. Henry & Associates, a recent acquisition that is Houston's oldest land planning firm.
Walton Construction Co. LLC, Kansas City, has named Lotus Millin as chief administrative officer. Formerly vice president of risk management and a 22-year company veteran, she is the first woman member of the company’s corporate executive team.
Bob Youden is named senior vice president of Stantec, the Edmonton, Alberta-based engineering firm, following its acquisition of engineer and environmental consultant Jacques Whitford, of which he had been CEO since 2003. Youden will remain based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Whitford founders Hector Jacques and Michael Whitford will not have executive roles with Stantec.
CARRATO
John Carrato has been elevated to president and CEO of Alfred Benesch & Co., a Chicago engineering firm, as part of a management succession. John “Jack” Kweder was also named chief operating officer. Both were senior vice presidents, managing company divisions in Illinois and Pennslvania, respectively.
Bowen Engineering Corp., an Indianapolis-based municipal and industrial contractor, has promoted Jeff Chinn to senior vice president for private water and industrial solutions. He had been division manager. The firm also has hired David Hile as senior vice president for corporate safety. He previously served as vice president of corporate safety for Black & Veatch.
PSI, a geotechnical engineer and materials testing firm based in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., has named Dana K. Eddy senior vice president following its purchase of The Eddy Group, a similar type of firm in Springfield, Va. Eddy was that firm’s founder and president. Eddy Group principals Rick Finnen and Mike Dolan become PSI managers of geotechnical engineering and environmental services and construction materials testing and engineering, respectively.
FAUBERT
Scott Goldman has joined RMC Water and Environment, a Santa Monica, Calif., water resources engineer, as senior vice president, following its acquisition of Water 3 Engineering, the Irvine, Calif., engineering firm, of which he had been president.
HOK, the St. Louis architect-engineer, has named Gerry Faubert to the newly created position of vice president and director of integrated design. Formerly managing principal of Stantec Buildings Engineering, he is based in Toronto and will assist HOK project teams and clients in identifying and applying sustainable strategies. Faubert is also a former principal of Keen Engineering.
