The participants seemed both impressed with their individual and collective work, delighted with the support of their clients, and gratified that they could deliver this performance and still get the rest of the job done safely, well, on-time and on budget.
It is important to note that all this work was done with real projects that had real clients, real contracts and a value chain of service and material providers in practice today.
In an industry that is—and must appropriately be—highly risk-averse because the work affects both life and corporate safety, participants seemed inspired to seek continued breakthrough performance.
