The Topcon HiPer SR GIS receiver is now available with a cellular modem option. This allows for the HiPer SR to be used as a cellular base station with Topcon's MAGNET jobsite management platform. This added flexibility allows for the unit to obtain real-time kinematic corrections via the cellular data connection; then, the unit can relay those corrections to multiple pieces of heavy equipment on the jobsite.

Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas has launched a new line of hydraulic breaker attachments to the North American market. The HDB series of breakers are available in operating weights ranging from 271 lb to 12,401 lb, with overall lengths ranging from 44.4 in. to 159.8 in. Chisels range in diameter from 1.6 in. to 7.9 in. and are available in four point options: moil, wedge, blunt and conical. The HDB600 and HDB800 breakers have energy-regeneration valves that store excess energy during the hydraulic cycle, increasing blow speeds without additional hydraulic flow.
