Product Snapshot: Compact Wheel Loader and Cordless Recip Saw

DeWalt's 20V MAX Lithium-Ion Reciprocating Saw is 21/2 in. shorter than the earlier model of recip saw, allowing it to make cuts in more confined spaces. The saw blade has a 11/8-in. stroke length and features a fixed pivoting shoe for different cutting applications. The battery-powered reciprocating saw is powerful enough to cut a range of materials, including wood, PVC pipe, steel pipe, conduit and studs.

The HM300-5 Articulated Dump Truck has a 30.9-ton payload, with a gross vehicle weight of 58.9 tons. It is powered by a Tier 4 Final engine that uses selective catalytic reduction. The truck has a loading height of 9 ft, 2 in., and a dump angle of 70�. An integrated payload meter comes as a standard feature and provides payload data to KOMTRAX fleet management software.

The Case 221F Wheel Loader has a straight tipping load of 3.1 tons and an operating weight of 6 tons. Powered by a 74-hp, Tier 4 Final engine, the 221F features a four-wheel-drive hydrostatic transmission. It is available with a 22-mph high-speed option (HSO) with a two-gear mechanical gearbox. The high-speed option also adds creep speed, which maximizes hydraulic flow at low travel speeds.

Milwaukee Tool has added two SDS Plus rotary hammers to its M18 FUEL line of cordless tools. The 1-in. SDS Plus rotary hammer weighs 7 lb and is capable of 1,400 rpm and 4,900 bpm. The 11/8-in. SDS Plus rotary hammer weighs 7.7 lb and is capable of 1,350 rpm and 5,000 bpm. Both hammers feature brushless motors and Redlink Plus electronic battery controls.
