These 21 individuals have built extraordinary industry portfolios, donate significant amounts of time and expertise to serve their communities and have created and worked on innovative industry solutions that have saved time and money on their projects.
A jury of six industry experts has completed its review of 108 entries in ENR Texas & Louisiana's 2017 Best Projects competition. Jurors have recognized 37 projects across 17 categories as the region's best.

In a furious hourlong competition that set two dozen teams from around the world against each other in a test of masonry skills, Scott Tuttle of Quick Trowel Masonry in Clearfield, Utah, was crowned champion of Spec Mix Bricklayer 500 competition at World of Concrete in Las Vegas. Tuttle’s prizes included the keys to a brand new 2016 Ford F-250 XLT 4x4 pickup truck.
