A historic renovation within New Orleans’ famed Warehouse District converted a four-story, early 1900s building from three apartments and a commercial space into a single-family residence.
The renovation of Recovery School District’s McDonogh 42 Elementary Charter School added nearly 3,500 sq ft, along with an upgrade to the 73,672-sq-ft school.
The historic renovation of The Robert Mills Lusher Middle and High School Complex included four structures: a 140,600-sq-ft, U-shaped, four-story building; a 14,600-sq-ft gymnasium; a boiler room building; and a storage building.
