For an incredible series of building programs, the goal of which are to improve the quality of life for its residents, culminating in the start of the largest project in city history last year, ENR Texas & Louisiana has named the city of Oklahoma City as its 2019 Owner of the Year.

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission has been selected as ENR MidAtlantic Owner of the Year.

A slew of massive projects are rising just west of Dallas in the city of Arlington, which has been named ENR Texas & Louisiana’s 2018 Owner of the Year.

These owner groups are responsible for some of the largest projects underway in the Mountain States region this year.
