A big year of revenue growth in the Southeast and big project and safety achievements earned Martin Concrete Construction, of Kennesaw, Ga., the title of 2023 ENR Southeast Specialty Contractor of the Year.

Firms hoping to be included in ENR Southeast's 2023 Top Specialty Contractors ranking now have through Aug. 7 to complete their surveys.

Firms now have through July 7 to submit projects for ENR Southeast's Regional Best Projects contest.

With major projects in Charlotte and Nashville, the contractor more than tripled its revenue in the Southeast region year-over-year as it continues to grow, focusing on safety, sustainability and its people.

Two projects stood out for challenging sites and going above and beyond to keep workers safe. Here are this year's ENR Southeast Excellence in Safety Award Winners.
