The UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute is a first-of-its kind facility for treatment of neurological disorders that houses 15 clinical specialty areas under one roof with every inch designed to blend patient care and architecture.

This $150-million renovation and expansion added a new nine-story, 200,000-sq-ft tower to the courthouse complex to maintain secure transportation of prisoners from the jail to the courthouse. Construction Manager Clark Construction completed the complex job on time.
