The East Quad Campus—recently renamed the Regis F. Groff Campus after the school teacher, politician, civil servant and second African-American elected to the Colorado State Senate—is a new Denver Public School that houses two charter schools: KIPP and STRIVE.
The four-story, 63,000-sq-ft build-out of the Restoration Hardware Gallery included many high-end interior finishes—polished concrete slabs, hard-lid ceilings and an extensive millwork trim package.
