Pablo Ferrando:

Pablo Ferrando, is Head of Innovation and Revenue Research at Cintra US in Austin, Texas. Pablo is a civil engineer and graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2003. After working in consulting for two years in the UK, he joined Cintra’s operations department. He has held major positions for several projects in Ferrovial’s portfolio. These include Traffic and Planning Director of the 407ETR in Toronto (Canada) and Strategy and Revenue Manager for the Managed Lanes projects in Dallas (US), where he developed toll and commercial strategies to maximize value and user satisfaction.
