Ning Zhang

Ning Zhang:

Ning Zhang is a senior manager at Cintra US, where his ultimate goal is promoting innovative engineering solutions to traffic congestion, safety and reliability. He joined Cintra’s concessionaries, LBJ-NTE-35W TEXpress in 2017 and he is currently leading the traffic and revenue team in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Cintra, he worked in the civil engineering industry for close to 5 years in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metroplex, Minnesota, where he led multiple managed lane planning and modeling projects. Ning graduated from University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering. Ning is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Minnesota and Texas, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
