After a month of accepting nominations from the states in its coverage area, Midwest Construction magazine has narrowed the field for 2010 Contractor of the Year to eight finalists.
This year's finalists include: Hunzinger Construction Co., Brookfield, Wis.; Leopardo Cos. Inc., Hoffman Estates, Ill.; Mortenson Construction, Minneapolis; Paric Corp., St. Louis; F.H. Paschen/S.N. Nielsen, Chicago; Power Construction Co. LLC, Schaumburg, Ill.; Shiel Sexton Co. Inc., Indianapolis; and Walsh Construction Co., Chicago.
While the Contractor of the Year winner will ultimately be decided by the editorial staff, we would like your input to help us make the decision.
Go to our on-line poll to tell us which company you think should be Contractor of the Year. Also, we encourage you tell us why you made your decision, as a response to this blog.
Criteria considered in our final selection will include, but not be limited to, Business Leadership, Investment in People, Community Involvement, Industry Involvement, Safety & Training.
So, which company do YOU think should be this year's winner, and why?
