As we prepare the Mid-Year Outlook for Midwest Construction's August/September issue, we are asking for your input. 

Despite two consecutive months of job growth, the construction industry's 21.8 percent unemployment rate remains more than twice the national average..

We'd like to know if your construction or design firm adding or subtracting jobs, or is it holding steady compared to a year ago? Tell us in our poll, then we invite you to explain further as a comment to this blog. You may choose to remain anonymous.
