ENR Midwest (formerly Midwest Construction) has named its top 20 young professionals aged 40 or under in the region’s construction industry.

Readers nominated the field of 40 young professionals considered rising stars in their respective professions.

A panel of independent judges rated the nominees, considering a comprehensive combination of criteria, including professional excellence, leadership in their companies and professions, service to their professions and communities, honors and awards earned, and involvement in landmark projects.

The five judges gave each nominee a score ranging from 1 to 10. The twenty nominees with the highest composite scores have been named ENR Midwest’s Top 20 Under 40.
