From this survey data, ENR Midwest ranks construction companies by revenue based on their work in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio and Wisconsin. It also lists top companies in the major and growing markets in Midwest construction.
