Founded in 1997 in Chicago, Clune Construction doubled its revenue from 2022 to 2023, an impressive feat among the more than 80 firms participating in ENR Midwest’s Top Contractors Survey.

In addition to growing its Midwest regional revenue by more than $400 million during 2023, Clune Construction completed a variety of interesting projects including the Guinness Open Gate Brewery, Barstool Sports Chicago office, a 27-floor build-out in Salesforce Tower, O'Hare Hospitality Upgrades and multiple confidential data center projects

For these and many other achievements during the past year, ENR Midwest has named Clune Construction its Contractor of the Year for 2024. Look for a profile of the company in ENR Midwest’s July 1 print edition and learn what Clune did to increased its revenue so dramatically in one year.

Clune Construction certainly isn't the only Midwest firm reporting a standout performance over the past year. Despite such on-going challenges as high interest rates, the skilled labor shortage and inflation, other firms on the Midwest Top Contractors survey also excelled in 2023.
