ENR MidAtlantic recently announced its 2021 Best Projects award winners.

Now, after polling our judges, we are ready to announce the finalists for Best Overall Project of the Year.

To be considered for this honor, a project had to be a Best Project-level winner as opposed to an Award of Merit winner in its individual category.
