ENR New York is pleased to announce its 2016 Top 20 Under 40 class. Each year, ENR’s Regional Publications invite people to nominate deserving, up-and-coming leaders working in the construction and design industries. Contestants are judged based on their industry experience and education; career and industry leadership; and community service and involvement. ENR New York received 40 entries, which were all reviewed by a group of independent judges, Jenna McKnight, Senior US Editor, Dezeen; Bruce Ross, Bruce Ross Associates, Inc.; and Joan MacDonald, former head of the NY State Transportation Department.
