The March print issue of ENR New York will include some of the region's largest 2022 construction starts, with projects each valued at more than $200 million.

Below is a preliminary list of projects that will potentially be listed, all located in New York and New Jersey, and based on Dodge Data & Analytics data as well as other sources. It is subject to change as more information is gathered prior to publication.. 

A project submitted for the Top Starts list must have started construction in 2022 and be valued at more than $200 million. Email ricej@enr.com with nominations by March 1.

Also note that a project start is defined as the beginning of construction activity on the job site, not the start of pre-construction or a formal groundbreaking ceremony. In addition to project cost, please include names of firms on the project team, including the owner. Also list project start date and expected completion date. 

It is also helpful to include renderings or construction photos, with image credits.
