Project Costs Rise on NY Region's Annual Top Starts List   If our annual ranking of the 25 largest projects to break ground is any indication, overall project costs are rising in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut region. The early results of our latest Top Starts list, which ranks projects by value,

ENR New England, which covers Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont has extended its deadline to Feb. 15.

Once again, we're scouring the tristate region for two important items that will be showcased in an upcoming issue of ENR New York: Top Starts and Owner of the Year.

The judges have now spoken and the results are in for this year's winners of the tristate region's top 20 under 40 competition.

Some times there is not enough time in a day—or a contest—which is why we are extending the tristate region's 20 Under 40 competition for a few more weeks. We've heard that some of you would like to enter but need more time to participate in this popular competition that honors the industry's rising stars.

Do you know someone under 40 years old who excels at his or her job? Someone who goes above and beyond another in the same position? No matter the particular job or title, anyone working in the A/E/C industry who will be under 40 years old as of Jan. 1, 2014 may enter ENR New York's 20 Under 40 competition.

ENR New England is proud to announce the winners of its Best Projects competition, honoring the top projects in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.

The Best Projects' Safety competition, now in its second year, drew a diverse mix of contenders from the tristate region but it was one project in particular that our judges deemed particularly worthy of the top prize. 

The votes are in and our panel of industry veterans has chosen 37 winners in this year's Best Projects competition for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Come Nov. 6—when we'll host the Best Projects awards breakfast—some of these 37 will take home
