ENR New York magazine has named the New York State Department of Transportation its 2010 Owner of the Year. The editors of Engineering News-Record, with input from industry leaders, made the selection based on the department’s ability to successfully weather one of its most challenging years in recent memory.

Through a $92 million contract, Skanska USA Building will construct two laboratory buildings at the City University of New York in Harlem, New York for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.
