The votes have been cast and the 2019 ENR New England Best Projects winners have finally been chosen.
The winners of the main categories can be found in the list below. The Best Project safety award winners, which is juried by a separate safety experts, will be announced soon. The finalists for this year’s ENR New England Project of the Year will also be announced in the coming weeks.
The Judges’ selection for this year’s overall Project of the Year from the Best Project-level winners listed below will be announced in the Dec. 2 issue of ENR New England and at the ENR New England Best Projects awards banquet on Dec. 11 in Boston. Visit https://www.enr.com/enr-best-projects-awards/boston for more info or to register.
This year’s 18 winning projects in the main categories will also be profiled in depth in the Dec. 2 print issue of ENR New England.
Three industry judges reviewed 43 projects located throughout the region, including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Projects were evaluated on the ability of the project team to overcome challenges, contribution to the industry and community, safety and construction and design quality. Due to the large number of entries, we can only honor a fraction of the projects that are submitted each year, so if your project didn’t win this year, please be sure to submit next year!
Judges could select any combination of Best Project-level category winners and Award of Merit honorees.
This year’s ENR New England Contractor of the Year will also be honored at the banquet, as well as New England’s Legacy Award winner. To nominate someone for the legacy award click here.
