Upcoming projects demand even closer analysis to examine whether the rise in rent prices is keeping up with the cost of construction."

Because construction material and labor availability will continue to tighten over the next 18 months, contractors are turning to prefabrication to alleviate material and labor shortages, Johnson adds.
