Tech startup's cloud-based generative design tool seeks to render a great deal of tedious BIM and VDC work obsolete.

Generative design is being used by the Quebec Wood Export Bureau and VIATechnik to deliver purpose-designed relief structures designed for sites as well as mission needs for COVID-19 health care, first responders and other disaster needs.

Preparing multiple potential designs around narrow requirements is seen as some of the most tedious work in design and engineering. But some of that effort can now be automated with the new generative design scripting built into Autodesk Revit 2021.
