The AEC industry’s next generation of leaders are strengthening their areas of expertise both at the office and in the community.

The urgent need for future talent in design and construction is not lost on today’s emerging leaders. A common theme among this year’s ENR Midwest Top Young Professionals—which honors 20 individuals in the region under the age of 40—is engagement with high school and college students to foster interest in the built environment and to help people build careers.

This year’s up-and-comers have the technical and leadership skills and community spirit needed to help drive the industry forward.

ENR California announces the 2023 Top Young Professionals recognizing individuals who have shown extraordinary leadership and service throughout their careers. 

After weeks of review, an independent panel of judges has selected 20 individuals as ENR Texas & Louisiana’s 2022 class of Top Young Professionals.
