Completed in January 2024, this complex renovation included significant updates to the W Hotel’s main lobby, reception area, restaurant, ballroom, meeting rooms, banquet kitchen and exterior courtyard. The project team also completed an extension of the main grand stair structure.

Keeping track of construction progress is often a matter of waiting for engineers and site supervisors to walk the site and document it when they can. Getting that data into the general project pipeline is a challenge in itself.
