With the worst of the pandemic-related production issues now largely resolved, the construction equipment market is returning to a more normal state of affairs, despite a rise in prices over recent years.
There were concerns the large triennial equipment show would be a muted affair this year with the lingering global recession threat and war in Ukraine driving up energy prices across Europe.
The logistical snarls in the global supply chain that have disrupted so many other aspects of construction have put pressure on the equipment supply, which combines with the high level of demand to keep sales and resales brisk.
