To date, more than $4 billion in funding has been secured for the critical Pacific Northwest transportation link with $1.5 billion in estimated toll revenue as well.

With Oregon and Washington each pledging $1 billion in funds, the project is now eligible to apply for up to $3 billion in federal funding.
