Structural Engineers 2050 Commitment Program is supporting the ambitious SE 2050 Challenge, which states that “all structural engineers shall understand, reduce and ultimately eliminate embodied carbon in their projects by 2050.”

China announced last week at the United Nation’s 75^th General Assembly and first virtual General Debate that it will scale up its climate commitment with the aim of peaking carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060.
