The supertall skyscraper’s lobby includes seven finished steel elevator bays, each reflecting a gradient from warm to cool colors that the project team says pays homage to steel construction’s industrial history.
Designed by Tishman Speyer and BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), the 65-story tower at 66 Hudson Blvd. has been named The Spiral, due to the series of terraces placed to evoke a spiraling motion.
