50 Fifty DTC is a 185,000 sqft, 12-story office tower in the Denver Tech Center developed by Corum Real Estate Group in partnership with Clutch Design Studio (architecture and interior design) and Hensel Phelps (GC/Construction).
The project is Clutch Design Studio’s largest project to date and employs six floor plates, integrated parking, floor-to-ceiling high performance glass, and strategic light wells to both maximize site effectiveness and promote workplace wellness.
Monday, February 11, 2019
“The light wells animate the interior of the building, providing direct access to natural light” says Clutch Director of Design Robin Ault. “This not only serves to enhance the experience of the work environment, but it also reduces the need for artificial light.”
With this abundant natural light, expansive views, reflective surfaces, and organic materials, the building is redefining the traditional office park building format.

Guests enter the building through a porte-cochére flanked by glass curtain, allowing direct view into the elegant, marble-lined lobby. An terrace offers a semi-private, garden level space. Interiors incorporate nautical-inspired materials and patterns, reflective of the client’s love of sailing. Patterns, textures and layers are all abstractions of nautical scapes. Veined marble mirrors the movement of water. Herringbone tile nods to twist-braided rope. Repetitive forms nod to shiplapped hulls.
