Jeff Brickner, PE, has joined Stantec’s Las Vegas office as a senior principal and Area Manager for U.S. West Transportation. With more than 34 years of experience in the infrastructure industry, Brickner will lead transportation-related activities in the Northwest and Southwest regions. He will be focused on the transit, aviation, highway, and ports/harbors market sectors and will be assisting the transportation group diversify their service offerings. Brickner is a Penn State University grad.

The Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA) has announced Saturn Ontiveros Jr. as Student Services Administrator. In this role, which is new to the ABA, Ontiveros will guide and counsel over 300 students of the ABA’s four apprenticeship programs— electrical, heavy equipment operator, diesel mechanic or surveying. He will also help facilitate the organization’s expansion with more programs, partners and students.

Jim Gist has been named Chief Executive Officer of JBA Consulting Engineers. Gist was hired in 2011 as JBA's Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. As CSMO, Gist helped guide the firm into new markets while expanding JBA's efforts in building services, fire protection, acoustics and technology consulting. Prior to joining JBA, Gist was Vice President of Control4 and oversaw the development and deployment of MGM's City Center guest room automation system.

Erik will be responsible for managing operations in the Southwest.
JLL has hired 20-year industry veteran David Rosato as Senior VP in charge of its growing Phoenix Project & Development Services (PDS) group. The Opus Group announced today that Dustin Slack has joined Opus Development Company, L.L.C. as vice president, real estate development. In his new role, Dustin will be responsible for sourcing new development opportunities.
