Orlando-based Roger B. Kennedy Construction broke ground for $24 million of work at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando, under its newest contract with Westgate Resorts, Ltd. Company President Roger B. Kennedy, Jr., said the work includes Building 70, an 8-story, 80-unit timeshare building plus associated site work. Kennedy has constructed over $300 million of projects at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando and Westgate Resort in Kissimmee. Building 70 will complete in September 2017.
