Stephen Shaver has joined Neenah, Wis.-based Miron Construction as project manager, as have Paul Duesterback, Grant Daigle and Jared Olk. Previously, Daigle had been a project controls engineer for The Industrial Co., Englewood, Colo.

American Engineering Testing Inc., St. Paul, Minn., has hired Wilma A. "Willy" Morrison as concrete laboratory manager. She has specialized in testing, evaluation and analysis of construction materials, such as cements, aggregates, concrete, admixtures and cementitious-based products. Morrison had been a consultant for Illinois-based engineer Wiss, Janney, Elstner and Associates.
Benjie Hayek has joined Brookfield, Wis.-based engineer R.A. Smith National as a construction services project leader. Prior to joining the firm, she had been a project engineer with Walsh Construction.
