Eric Deering has been promoted to preconstruction manager at Menasha, Wis.-based electrical contractor Faith Technologies. He joined Faith in 2001.

Kelly Bathe has joined St. Louis-based contractor/CM Tarlton Corp. as marketing manager. Most recently, she was vice president of marketing for design-build firm HBE Corp. She also held marketing roles at architect-engineer Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum.

James Pistilli has joined Detroit-based engineering firm Giffels Webster as senior project manager. James Foster and Kirit Ravani have joined the company as project managers, and Michael Lens as senior engineer.

Design firm Burns & McDonnell has hired Robert Craggs and Fred Doran to lead its Bloomington, Minn., solid waste team within the environmental practice group. The firm says it aims to create a solid waste consulting center of excellence in the Midwest.
