Sharon Kelly joined engineer WSP USA as a vice president and senior project manager in the firm’s Portland office. Kelly will lead planning and environmental work on transit projects nationwide.
The University of Washington and its Clean Energy Institute have named Kevin Klustner executive director of the Center for Advanced Materials and Clean Energy Technologies. Klustner recently served as CEO of Powerit Solutions, a cloud-based industrial energy efficiency platform.
Loreana Marciante has joined HNTB Corp. as emerging mobility solutions engineer in the firm’s Bellevue, Wash., office. Marciante is focusing on advanced technology programs in HNTB’s electric vehicle solutions practice. She has nearly two decades of experience in urban built environments.
Also in HNTB’s Bellevue office, Bradley Miller was named a group director. Miller brings 28 years of transportation experience to the position.
Victoria Nichols is one of four new partners to join ZGF Architects’ Northwest offices. Nichols, who has several years of experience in the health care sector, has joined the Seattle office. Meanwhile, in the Portland office, Sharron van der Meulen, Solvei Neiger and Vladimir Pajkic have joined the design firm’s staff. Van der Meulen will specialize in interior design work, while Neiger will focus on health care and institutional projects. Pajkic’s responsibilities will be focused on high-profile projects, including mixed-use facilities, museums, high-rise towers and hotels.
