Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, has promoted Ryan Clayton to senior vice president of Skanska Civil Operations in Seattle.
With this promotion, Clayton will lead Skanska’s work on the newest Sound Transit light rail project. Known as the Lynnwood Link Extension L300, the team will construct 3.7 miles of light rail, including 2.3 miles of elevated guideway alignment, two elevated stations, and a multi-level parking structure between Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace.
