Completed in June 2020, this 816,920-sq-ft spec industrial development on Houston’s northwest side consists of four e-commerce-primed industrial facilities in a 64-acre corporate park. A 443,520-sq-ft building will warehouse Amazon’s larger products. The other buildings range in size from 98,000 sq ft to 173,000 sq ft.
