Randy Highland of McCarthy Building Cos. has assumed the role of president of the AGC of Las Vegas, replacing Jim Donofrio who resigned for health reasons. Highland, president of McCarthy’s Nevada/Utah Division, will begin his term immediately and serve through the end of 2010.
