The Orlando-based Florida division of Clancy & Theys Construction Co. was awarded a contract for the University of Central Florida's new $15.6-million, 117,000-sq-ft Partnership III Building. The facility, to contain research labs, offices, computer rooms and classrooms, will provide technology for simulation and professional training.
