Founded in 2010 by former John Buck Company executive, John O’Donnell, Riverside Investment has taken on sites others deemed unbuildable and significantly changed Chicago’s skyline, particularly along the Chicago River.

ENR Midwest will publish our Top Starts of 2017 in the March issue. Our list is based on Dodge Data & Analytics and our own sources, including past ENR issues. You still have a chance to submit a qualifying project for inclusion in the list.

It is my distinct privilege to announce ENR Midwest’s Top Young Professionals for 2018. These 21 individuals have built extraordinary industry portfolios, donate significant amounts of time and expertise to serve their communities and have created and worked on innovative industry solutions that have saved time and money on their projects.

ENR Midwest is proud to honor its fourth Legacy Award Winner, Timothy J. Faerber, Senior Vice President at HNTB Corporation.

Our Best Project winners include a skyscraper built on top of an active rail line near the Chicago River, several innovative office buildings, the meticulous restoration of a state capitol building, multiple rail projects that brought service to underserved downtowns in large cities, one of the largest LEED-platinum corporate offices in the U.S., retrofits to aging coal-fired electrical plants that brought them into modern environmental compliance and some healthcare projects that put patients first.
