The August edition of ENR California will feature the top-ranked general contractors based on 2015 revenue. There was no shortage of firms that saw revenue spikes in 2015, but one firm came close to doubling its revenue year-over-year. This firm also displays leadership in sustainability, practices lean construction strategies and endeavors to maximize value for their clients. Because of these reasons, Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Co. has been selected as ENR California’s 2016 Contractor of the Year award recipient.
Key projects include the $1-billion Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, a joint venture with Clark Construction Group; the $700-million USC Village student housing and mixed-use development in Los Angeles (the school’s largest ever project); and the 1 million-sq-ft Cove at Oyster Point in South San Francisco.
You can read more about the firm’s strategies for success in the next issue of ENR California.
