The terminal will include two loop tracks with storage for one or two more trains on a rail spur; a covered loading barn; a 14-arm system for loading a unit train; 15 truck unloading bays; and three 103,000-barrel storage tanks. The terminal will have a throughput capacity of 70,000 barrels per day and storage capacity of over 300,000 barrels. The project consists of mechanical dredging of the federal navigation channel, port berthing areas, and a navigation lock approach at four locations on the Snake River and the lower Clearwater River.
